The Policy Lab was a collaborative project featuring contributions from across the Scottish social care sector (see Policy Lab membership). The Policy Lab was managed by a small project team led by the University of Glasgow and the University of Stirling. Information about the project team is below.
Professor Chris Gill. Chris is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Glasgow. His research examines access to justice and administrative justice. He has a particular interest in the policy and practice of complaint handling and formerly worked in the ombudsman sector. Dr Fiona Sherwood-Johnson. Fiona is Lecturer in Social Work at the University of Stirling.She is a qualified social worker with a background in residential work with adults with learning difficulties. She has teaching and research interests in the areas of adult safeguarding, vulnerability, participation and care, and particular experience in participative social research methods.
